Naturally-Grown Produce in Waverly Hall, GA
No matter where you happen to live in West-Central Georgia, your first trip to Rose Paradise Farm will prove to be the beginning of a long and enduring relationship. First-time visitors from a multitude of towns and cities stretching from Metro Atlanta to the north, Columbus to the south, Macon to the east and Birmingham to the west have all, each and every one, left as our friends!
Whether it's our extra-early season vine-ripened tomatoes, autumn collards or winter-sweetened early spring carrots that first whets your appetite, you will continue to be constantly delighted year-round by the large variety and down-to-earth prices of the produce that is our joy to grow at Rose Paradise Farm!
All of our vegetables, fruit and berries are grown as nature intended - naturally, without the use of any chemical or petroleum-based pesticides, herbicides, insecticides or fertilizers.
The first commercial oil well in the USA began pumping in 1859, and during the intervening 153 years (up to the present day) American agriculture has grown totally dependent upon petroleum - most of which is now imported from other countries. It is the primary component used to manufacture all pesticides, herbicides and insecticides, and its' natural gas byproduct is the primary feedstock for the manufacture of all nitrogen fertilizers!

The methods and procedures we use at Rose Paradise Farm every day to grow vegetables, fruit and berries are the same as those used by the ancient farmers of Japan, Korea and China 40 centuries ago! That's 4000 years ago - thousands of years before the discovery of oil!
Many of our customers continue to believe that what we are able to do here is something akin to magic. Is it "magic"? Of course not! Does it involve hard work? Yes! Lots!
... but we love it!
Our first-time customers are always astonished by the low prices we charge for our produce, and thus need to be gently reminded that this is possible simply because they are not also being forced to pay the exorbitant price for oil (currently $95 per barrel) - to either grow or transport our produce - whether it be in the form of insecticides, diesel fuel, herbicides, fertilizers, pesticides or gasoline!

Not "cheap food"... but "good food cheap"!
